Who we are

Expediters Express was opened by Michael Perry, along with his wife Kari Burns.

Mike, also known as “Mikey” at Chicago’s City Hall, began as a “runner” standing in long lines waiting to submit paper work. He was 18 at the time and got his shot from Dave Ansani, an Expediter who he met while working at a fast food restaurant when Dave asked “Hey kid! Wanna make some money?” And that started his career in expediting permits.

Mike worked for a few different expediting companies early on, but worked and eventually became VP of PCG Consulting Services for nearly 20 years, until he and his wife opened their own expediting company, Expediters Express.
